The Building Condition Survey is recommended for older properties, such as those which were built before the turn of the century, and for those which are listed.
These building may appear to be in good or average condition, and is likely to be built of traditional materials such as stone, cob or solid brick construction, with thatched, stone, tile or slate roofs. In addition, the building may be in very poor condition, with known defects and in need of extensive repair.
For older buildings, choose the Building Condition Report. The report is more extensive than a HomeBuyer Report because of the level of detail required to address the different aspects of the structure and condition of the property.
